THE LONG ROAD HOME (my toke…)
Pineapple Kush may be HMS’ best offering yet.
Seemingly expertly cured, with a perfectly dense bud structure, a notably pungent and matured aroma, a sweet savory taste —even mild and flavorful on the exhale, and a combo of a lofty head high and a lesser body high that was, to me, almost a perfect sativa /Indica blend…by my senses anyway.

Pineapple Kush is strong enough that it may be capable of conjuring up negative introspection or nervous thinking but its tendency to send me down that rabbit hole was very minimal.
Almost immediately after each session, Pineapple Kush gave me a very warm sensation in my neck, shoulders, and chest in particular.
So, while your neurons are firing you also feel wrapped in a sort of warm, cottony-haze while relaxing muscles and alleviating stress.

Pineapple Kush is a potent strain and depending on your tolerance/level of experience, etc. the needle can move toward complete couch lock or nervous anxiety.
Too much of Pineapple Kush’s soothing waves of calm and you may slip into a haze of sorts… rendering you incapable of anything beyond gazing at a screen or sleeping.
By the same token, just as Pineapple Kush’s high level of cerebral activity sparks creativity with successive sessions, and/or higher doses, over doing it could precipitate a certain degree of anxiety/paranoia/ or general distress for some who may be more sensitive to this sort of influx of cerebral activity.

Such is the case with most strains this potent in general, and, such is the case with OG Kush and its relatives in particular, in my opinion. OG Kush is a notoriously strong “indica leaning” strain, but it also carries a very uplifting, energizing, and euphoric set of cerebral effect.
In fact Pineapple Kush seems to resemble OG Kush with an added sweet, fruity, almost tropical component.
And, much like a real pineapple with its sweet, refreshing, tropical fruit lying beneath a thorny, and potentially uncomfortable outer skin, Pineapple Kush should be taken carefully and with respect to its more prickly attributes.
